This class is designed to get your heart rate up with choreographed kickboxing-inspired moves. Combinations are done to the beat of the music. the instructor demonstartes the movements at the front of the class to follow along.

Bag Only Kickboxing
This class is designed to be added onto another class but can be taken on its own.
This class is only on the bags.

HIIT Kickboxing
This class is designed for High Intensity Interval Training. Class begins with across-the-floor exercises and moves to kickboxing on the bag and bodyweight or weighted exercises. Tabata style rounds are used.

Strength Kickboxing
This class is designed to get stronger and more powerful with kickboxing. This class focuses on combinations on the bags, kickboxing techniques, and ends with a challenging circuit of kickboxing inspired movements.
