Bridgette Koenig

Owner and Lead Trainer

My biggest job is being a mom to 2 toddlers. They are the light of my life and I have learned so much about myself through them .

But I am more than a mom. I am inquisitive, ambitious, a critical thinker, a runner, a gardener, a writer, a chef, an explorer, and I have a passion for helping other women.

Health to me is all-encompassing. Mental health, physical health, nutritional and social health all play a part in this wellness journey.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, studied nutrition at Fresno State University, certified to run kitchens in medical facilities, and a trained nutrition care specialist in the Army Reserves. I have worked for many years in physical therapy in both outpatient and in a hospital setting. I have been an instructor for bootcamps in MMA gyms and cardio kickboxing. My entire childhood revolved around dance team practices and colorguard competitions. My wide range of experiences help me curate the perfect training program for you and your family.

Nancy Staggs

Girl Power Coordinator

I am a devoted wife and a dedicated dog mom. I am a very fun, loving, and energetic person, you can always find me dancing in my living room or running around with my 3 dogs. I love to hike or swim any outdoor activity I’m there!

All my life I’ve struggled in silence with low self esteem and lacked confidence in myself. I battled with my weight up until the age of 23 and that’s when my life changed. After dropping 100+ lbs, I became more confident and learned to love myself. I became more active, danced more, became a better dog mom, but then I realized I didn’t need the weight loss to do the things I love. I just needed help to realize I’ve been beautiful all along.

I’m a daughter, sister, wife, auntie and someday I’ll be a mother; so my goal is to help young girls sprout into beautiful confident women. I believe the youth is our future and setting a strong and great foundation for kids is what I aspire to do.

I am fully committed to bringing out that confidence and happiness in every child I have the privilege of working with.
