Cardio Kickboxing

This class is designed with high-energy music and kickboxing inspired movements. You can expect to be punching air with choreography, and working with a partner.

This class is 60 minutes long.

You will need gloves for this class.

X-Press Bootcamp

This class is designed to make you sweat and work hard. While every class is slightly different, you can expect a mixture of circuit training, weight lifting, and HIIT.

This class is 30 minutes long.

HIIT Kickboxing

This class focuses on high intensity interval training. We use a Tabata style format using the bags, weights, and calisthenics to get in a great workout.

This class is 60 minutes long.

You will need gloves for this class.

Strength Kickboxing

This class is our strength training class based on kickboxing fundamentals. You can expect resistance training, circuit work, and kickboxing with a bag.

This class is 60 minutes long.

You will need gloves for this class.

Personal Training

One-on-one or small group option. This is highly personalized to your goals and current situation.

Available online, in-person, or hybrid.
